Oregon State University cornerback Rashaad Reynolds has been named this week’s Pac-12 Conference Defensive Player of the Week, it was announced Monday.

The senior cornerback from Pacoima, Calif., intercepted two passes, forced two fumbles and made six overall tackles in Oregon State’s 52-24 win over Washington State last Saturday at Martin Stadium in Pullman.

Reynolds is the fifth Beaver to be honored this season, joining two-time recipient quarterback Sean Mannion, cornerback Steven Nelson and placekicker Trevor Romaine.  The five league honors represent the most in the Pac-12 Conference this season.

Oregon State is riding a five-game win streak and seeks to become bowl eligible this Saturday when it takes on the California Golden Bears in Berkeley at 7:30 p.m. on 1190 KEX & Fox Sports Radio 620.
