The Trail Blazers suffered their fifth straight loss 112-102 at Utah. The Jazz scored the first seven points of the game and Portland never caught up. The Blazers committed 16 turnovers which were turned into 19 Utah points. The Blazers scored only six points on six Jazz turnovers. The Blazers shot 58% from the field, but Utah shot 54% and took advantage of the Portland turnovers for an easy win. 

Al Jefferson led the Jazz with 24 points and 10 rebounds while Mo Williams had 20 points and 9 assists.  Wesley Matthews made four of seven 3-point shots and led Portland with 23 points. Victor Claver scored a career-high 12 points off the bench for the Blazers, who fell to 33-41 for the season.
