Spurs Stuff Blazers

----- Dejounte Murray finished with 28 points and seven assists and Keldon Johnson added 26 points as the San Antonio Spurs humbled the Portland Trail Blazers 133-96 Wednesday night at Moda Center.

Dejounte Murray had 28 points in before sitting for the final quarter and the San Antonio Spurs routed the Portland Trail Blazers 133-96 on Wednesday night.

Murray was 7-of-7 from the floor and led all scorers with 20 first-half points. He finished with seven of the Spurs' 34 assists.

The Spurs dominated the game from the start going into the break up 81-53. It was the most first-half points for the team this season. The Spurs had 13 three-pointers in the half, a new franchise record.

After helping Portland defeat Detroit on Monday, Brandon Williams was moved out of the starting lineup prior to Wednesday's tip off against the San Antonio Spurs.

Kris Dunn got the start in place of Williams scoring nine points in 25 minutes of action.

Josh Hart missed his second consecutive game with left knee soreness.

Ben McLemore led Portland (27-45) with 23 points on 7-of-9 shooting including 3-of-4 from beyond the arc.

Portland is now 2-11 since the NBA All-Star break.

Up Next- The Trail Blazers play the first of a home back-to-back against the Houston Rockets Friday night at Moda Center. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:00 PM.
