Deni Avdija led Portland (17-29) with 28 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists and Toumani Camara scored a career-high 24 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
The Thunder held a 52-22 edge in the paint and a 28-13 edge in 2nd chance points.
The Trail Blazers opened the game connecting on 4-of-4 from three-point range and built a 20-10 lead midway through the first. Oklahoma City responded with a 30-11 run to build a 19-point second quarter lead. The Thunder remained in the control the rest of the way.
With the win, OKC improved to an NBA-best 37-8 on the season.
