Beaver RB Ryan Nall declares for the NFL Draft

Ryan Nall

I guess this isn't a huge surprise. Ryan Nall one of the top running backs in Oregon State Football history will forego his final year of college eligibility and enter the NFL draft.

Nall from Sandy and a standout at Central Catholic High School in Portland leaves the Beavs as the eighth-leading rusher in OSU history. He ran for 2,216 yards and 24 rushing TD's , 56 receptions for 563 receiving yards and four touchdowns.

Nall was hounded by ankle problems during the 2016 season but dispite that and playing for seven different quarterbacks during his days in Corvallis he is a big part of the Beaver record books. He also played for three different coaches...Mike Riley, Gary Andersen and Cory Hall.

It would have been great to see Ryan in a Beaver uniform one more season.....but he will graduate in December and the life of an NFL running back can be short so its easy to see why Ryan Nall is moving on.
