Beavers hit a record 18 3's in a 95-57 romp over Huskies

It had never happened before. 18-three pointers in one game for the Oregon State Women's basketball team. They were unconscious from long distance and dispatched the Washington Huskies with ease 95-57 on Sunday in Seattle. Sophomore Kat Tudor may be the top three point shooter in the Pac-12 and maybe in the country. She hit 7 of 9 to help the 16th ranked Beavers pull away early scoring 35 first quarter points to just 11 for Washington.

Oregon State improves to 19-6 on the season and 10-4 in conference play. They now have a showdown game at Gill Coliseum Friday night at 8:pm against eighth ranked UCLA.

After Sunday's win I had a chance to talk to Kat Tudor about the big three point festival and how they bounced back after surviving Pullman last Friday beating the Cougs 63-61 in overtime. Kat had a rough night there going 0-7 so how did she shake that off.....
