Wayne Tinkle's Oregon State Beavers are kind of an enigma. Sometimes they are incredible! Just look at their impressive comeback win over Washington last week. The instant classic double OT 97-8=94 win over the Huskies. Tres Tinkle was good enough to earn him Pac-12 Player of the Week. 49 minutes, 29 points. 11 rebounds and 8 assists will do that. After their 69-63 win over UCLA at Gill January 18th the Beavers dropped four straight and some folks started to grumble about the trend. Then the sweep of the Washington schools. Now its a huge opportunity to show Beaver Nation and the Pac-12 they are indeed a force to take seriously as the conference race enters the final three weekends of the regular season.
