Captain "Sully" Sullenberger is a true American hero. In January of 2009, he successfully landed US Airways flight 1549 on the Hudson River saving all 155 souls on board the plane.
Since that day, Sullenberger has gone on to become an author, public speaker, along with a variety of other projects in hopes of developing and encouraging leaders around the country.
I had the opportunity to speak with the legend and talk about the flight, his book, and whether or not leaders are born or made. I was blown away by his humble demeanor and genuine care for people. I hope I can make an impact on the world around me in the way "Sully" has. What a role model he is.
You can hear my conversation with "Sully" on the latest episode of the "What's Chad Doing" podcast.
