Wayne Tinkle talks Stanford, getting better and Kobe

Wayne Tinkle along with the rest of us was shocked and saddened by the loss of Kobe Bryant and his 13-year old daughter Gianna. He also knew that the rest of the passengers on that helicopter were part of this nation's basketball family. Wayne was with his basketball family celebrating his birthday when they heard about the horrific crash.

Wayne's two daughters played college hoops at Gonzaga and Stanford. Tres is of course playing his senior season at Oregon State.

The matter of hand is getting the Beavers season back on track Thursday in Palo Alto. He also took the time to talk Kobe and how he impacted his basketball world.
