Sports Illustrated College Football Writer Ross Dellenger joined the Brian Noe Show to discuss the concerning amount of positive COVID-19 tests from student athletes who have participating in voluntary workouts. He hoped the NCAA would come out with some uniform testing guidelines that everyone must follow, but he doesn't think that will happen. He was pretty convinced that there will be some sort of disruption to the college football season (not starting on time, shortened season, etc.) due to COVID-19.
