ScoopDuck Owner Justin Hopkins returned to the Rip City Drive to discuss the Pac-12's decision to cancel all fall sports with the hope of playing football in the Spring. He wasn't surprised by the decision as he had heard that this was always going to be the end result. Also, he talked about improbability of PAC-12 & Big Ten players jumping ship to the other Power 5 conference to try to play. Plus, with the possibility of Spring Football, that opens up the opportunities for 2021 early signings to play immediately.
