One person was killed and five are hospitalized after a driver ran them down over a 15 block area in southeast Portland.
It happened on Stark Street between 33rd and 18th avenues.
Witness say the driver was hitting people in the street and on sidewalks.
After crashing, the suspect ran and was held by neighbors until police arrived and arrested him. Investigators aren't saying why it happened.
