The Blazers closed the second quarter on a 14-7 run to take a 56-53 halftime lead thanks to a combined 27 first half points from Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum.
Utah responded in the third quarter by outscoring Portland 40-19. The Jazz connected on 54.2% of their shots closing the period on a 32-10 run.
The Blazers cut the deficit to 94-82 early in the fourth but the Jazz countered with a 9-0 run to put the game away.
Lillard led Portland (30-21) with 23 points and six assists and McCollum finished with 19 points but the two combined to go just 16-of-42 from the field.
Jusuf Nurkic played on a minutes restriction after a one-game absence due to right knee inflammation. Nurkic finished with 10 points, six rebounds and four assists in 22 minutes.
The Blazers made 39.6% of their field goals including just 13-of-48 from three-point range.
Utah dominated the glass by outrebounding Portland 58-41
