Jazz Play A Tune On Blazers

----- Rudy Gobert finished with 22 points and 14 rebounds and Rudy Gay scored 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting as the Utah Jazz won their fifth-straight game 120-105 Wednesday night at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon.

Lack of size dooms Portland again!

With both Jusuf Nurkic and Cody Zeller sidelined for a second-straight game, Utah dominated the paint and cruised to a 120-105 victory Wednesday night at Moda Center.

Along with Nurkic and Zeller, the Blazers played without CJ McCollum (lung) while Robert Covington, Ben McLemore, Dennis Smith Jr., Trendon Watford, and Keljin Blevins missed the game due to health and safety protocols.

Rudy Gobert finished with 22 points and 14 rebounds and Hassan Whiteside recorded a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds as Utah dominated Portland 74-30 in the paint.

The Jazz connected on 52.9% of their field goals.

Damian Lillard finished with 32 points and four assists while Norman Powell scored 25 of his 32 points in the first half.

Larry Nance Jr. peppered the stat sheet with 14 points, nine rebounds, nine assists, and three steals.

Mike Conley added 15 points and six assists, Jordan Clarkson added 19 points and five assists, and Rudy Gay led the Jazz bench with 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting.

A three-pointer by Tony Snell at the halftime buzzer cut Utah's lead to 69-59 after the Jazz led by 16 during the first half.

With Utah up 111-91 with 4:59 left in the game, Lillard was called for a technical foul. He was then subbed out for the remainder of the game.

Up Next- The Trail Blazers closeout the year Friday night in Los Angeles against the Lakers. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:30 PM.
