The Thunder (15-34) trailed 42-24 with 7:09 left in the first half after a Jusuf Nurkic bucket. Oklahoma City outscored Portland 74-39 the rest of the way including a 59-34 edge in the second half.
Portland (21-30) connected on just 42% of their field goals including an abysmal 18.4% from three-point range (7-of-38).
The Thunder were +9 at the free throw line, +15 from beyond-the-arc, and had a 40-19 edge in bench points.
CJ McCollum led Portland with 21 points and seven assists and Norman Powell had 17 points and five rebounds.
The Blazers and Thunder were tied at 65 early in the fourth quarter. The Thunder put the game away going on a 15-0 run.
