The Bucks led by eight after the first, by 16 at halftime, and pushed their lead to 32 points entering the fourth after outscoring the Blazers 37-21 in the third quarter.
Milwaukee (33-21) frustrated Portland with their length and aggressive defense converting 16 Blazers' turnovers into 26 points. The Bucks held a 24-12 edge in transition points.
Anfernee Simons led Portland (21-33) with 19 points and Jusuf Nurkic recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Justise Winslow was acquired from the Los Angles Clippers on Friday along with Keon Johnson and Keon Johnson, finished with six points and seven rebounds in 19 minutes of action. Bledsoe and Johnson did not play.
