Roby connected on 11 of his 13 shots including a game-tying three-pointer with 5.4 seconds remaining in regulation to force overtime. Roby made 4-of-5 from beyond the arc.
Ben McLemore led Portland with 28 points on 8-of-18 shooting from three-point range and Drew Eubanks added 27 points and 14 rebounds.
Wiggins' layup gave the Thunder a 118-117 lead in overtime before McLemore's three-pointer for Portland. Theo Maledon answered with a three for Oklahoma City, but Eubanks' dunk gave the Blazers a 122-121 edge.
Roby's three-pointer and a dunk extended the Thunder's lead to 126-122. Roby added a layup after rookie Brandon Williams' basket for the Blazers, and Oklahoma City held on for the win.
