Giannis Antetokounmpo finished with 24 points, 13 rebounds, and eight assists and Brook Lopez added 27 points and nine rebounds as the Milwaukee Bucks won their eighth-straight game 127-108 Monday night at Moda Center.
With Jusuf Nurkic (calf) out of the lineup, the Blazers knew that their undersized lineup would be overmatched against the Bucks length and skill.
Milwaukee (37-17) dominated the glass with a 55-28 edge in rebounding and used aggressive defense to smother the Trail Blazers offense.
Portland (26-28) connected on just 40.7% of their field goals and an abysmal 9-of-36 from three-point range.
Damian Lillard scored a team-high 28 points but was just 7-of-18 from the field and Anfernee Simons finished with 21 points and five assists.
Drew Eubanks got the start at center in place of Nurkic, he finished with 10 points, four rebounds, and five assists. Josh Hart added 14 points and eight rebounds on 5-of-8 shooting.
Milwaukee controlled the game throughout and put it away with a 22-8 run to end the third quarter taking a 95-71 lead.
