Portland (29-32) took control of the game early by scoring 41 points in the first quarter and forcing the Warriors into a number of bad shots with solid defense. The momentum continued into the second quarter as the Blazers built a 63-40 lead with 2:28 remaining in the half. Up Next- The Trail Blazers play the second of a back-to-back tomorrow night against the New Orleans Pelicans at Moda Center in Portland. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:00 PM.

Chad's Take- I thought Chauncy Billups was hired to improve the defense.
