Rudy Gobert had 25 points and 16 rebounds for his 43rd double-double of the season, Michael Conley added 19 points and seven assists, and the Minnesota Timberwolves completed a four-game season sweep of Portland, beating the Trail Blazers 119-114 Monday night.
Anfernee Simons led Portland (17-43) with a game-high 34 points and a career-high 14 assists and Duop Reath scored a career-high 26 points on 10-of-14 shooting playing in place of Deandre Ayton (sprained hand).
Jerami Grant (right quad soreness), Scoot Henderson (right adductor strain), and Malcolm Brogdon (elbow tendonitis) joined Ayton on Portland's inactive list Monday night.
Portland trailed 88-82 entering the fourth quarter, but Minnesota scored the first nine-points of the final period to build a double-digit lead at 97-82.
A three-pointer by Simons cut the deficit to six at 115-109 with 30 seconds remaining but Portland was unable to get over the hump.
