Scoot Henderson led Portland with 18 points and Kris Murray added 17 points and five rebounds on 7-of-11 shooting.
The Trail Blazers were without Jerami Grant and Matisse Thybulle.
The Clippers led by 10-points at halftime and put the game away with an 18-2 run in the third quarter. The Trail Blazers shot just 33% in the third and committed seven turnovers.
