Atlanta (20-23) led by two at halftime after closing the second on a 15-6 run. The Hawks pushed their lead to nine in the third quarter but the Blazers used a 17-4 run to regain the lead heading into the fourth.
Portland (20-22) put the game away with a 12-0 run in the fourth to push their lead to 14. The Hawks never threatened after that.
Solid night for Rayan Rupert. He finished with 13 points, three rebounds, and two assists on 5-of-7 shooting.
The Blazers held a 54-40 edge in rebounds and were +11 in second chance points with a 20-9 edge.
Portland is now 6-2 in their last 8 games.
