The Trail Blazers have now lost a season-high five-straight games after the Cavs 130-111 victory at Moda Center on Sunday night in Portland, Oregon.
Jarrett Allen scored a career-high 40 points and added a season-high 17 rebounds, and five assists with no turnovers and Sam Merrill added 22 points on 7-of-9 shooting.
Caleb Love led Portland (23-27) with 21 points and Shaedon Sharpe added 20. Blake Wesley made his return to the rotation following his foot injury. He finished with five points, four assists, and one steal in 19 minutes of action.
The Cavs led by 20 heading into the fourth but the Blazers responded with an 18-4 run to trim the deficit to just 10 with 7:12 to play.
Cleveland put the game away with a 17-8 run.
Cleveland finished the game with 41 assists on 50 made field goals. They connected on 55% of their shots including 16-of-34 from three-point range.
