Noose Found Inside Bubba Wallace's Garage: Will Be Treated As A Hate Crime

Chris Plank and Arnie Spanier react to Breaking News that a noose was found inside the garage stall of NASCAR Cup Series' only black driver, Bubba Wallace at Talladega, Alabama. Arnie says this should be treated as a hate crime. Chris is heartbroken that one of his favorite sports has now taken a horrific step backwards less than two weeks after NASCAR banned the Confederate flag from all their racetracks.

NASCAR: "We are angry and outraged, and cannot state strongly enough how seriously we take this heinous act...There is no place for racism in NASCAR."

Bubba Wallace: "Today's despicable act of racism and hatred leaves me incredibly saddened and serves as a painful reminder of how much further we have to go as a society..."

NASCAR has limited the access to such areas since it returned from this season's COVID-19 suspension.

NASCAR's 500 was rained out today. It will run tomorrow at 3pm ET on Fox TV.

The Confederate flag, which is now banned at NASCAR events, was flown by some fans outside the Talladega Superspeedway today.
