Colin Kaepernick has filed a grievance under the latest collective bargaining agreement against NFL owners for collusion, alleging that the owners have worked in unison to keep him out of the league. If true, Kaepernick will have proved that the owners violated the CBA between the NFL and the players union.
Clay Travis says Kaepernick's grievance - much like the protest that put him in this position to begin with - is a total sham, and he has zero chance of winning a collusion lawsuit against the NFL.
