Clay Travis: LeBron James is a Childish Drama Queen Desperate for Attention

Los Angeles Lakers v LA Clippers
David Griffin: "Everything we did was so inorganic and unsustainable and, frankly, not fun. Literally the moment we won the championship I knew I was going to leave. There was no way I was going to stay for any amount of money… That's not fun for people, they don't like being part of that world… The reason is LeBron is getting all the credit and none of the blame, and that’s not fun for people. They don’t like being part of that world.”
Clay Travis: “I don’t think David Griffin said anything surprising. Anybody who has watched LeBron’s career over the years knows LeBron is a drama king who wants ALL of the attention and ALL of the credit and NONE of the blame. Everything about the way LeBron behaves makes him the king of the millennials. He does things to draw attention to himself and is a kid who wants every minute of attention.”

Listen to Clay Travis discuss former Cleveland Cavaliers general manager David Griffin’s recent interview with Sports Illustrated that yielded some pretty scolding admissions about his time with Lebron James.

The SI piece had Griffin admitting he was ‘miserable’ in Cleveland working above LeBron, and was not having any fun being the architect of a championship team that he said LeBron was going to take all the credit for anyway, and more importantly, NONE of the blame.

Clay says he’s not surprised by Griffin’s comments whatsoever, and says LeBron is one of the most desperate, attention-seeking athletes in sports, and a childish 35-year-old ‘King of the Millennials’ who can’t live with himself if he’s not the center of attention in the basketball world.

Check out the audio below as Clay piggy backs on Griffin’s blasts and says it's a little weird that a 35-year-old man is going on Instagram saying he's going to 'ether' people.
