Jeremy Sochan finished with 31 points and 14 rebounds and Victor Wembanyana added 23 points, 12 rebounds, and four assists as the San Antonio Spurs handed the Portland Trail Blazers a 116-100 loss Friday night in San Antonio.

The Trail Blazers trailed by just five-points at 62-57 entering the third quarter but lost two key players in the first half.
