Donovan Clingan recorded a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds and Duop Reath scored 13 points on 3-of-6 shooting from beyond the arc.
Andre Drummond led Philadelphia (21-39) 25 points and 18 rebounds.
Portland (28-34) trailed by five at halftime but opened the third on an 11-1 run to take a 67-62 lead. The Trail Blazers would extend their third quarter run to 20-7 to take an eight-point lead with 6:42 left in the third.
The Trail Blazers took control of the game at the end of the third with an 11-2 run to push their lead to double-digits heading into the fourth.
The Blazers opened the fourth on a 14-9 run to push their lead to 105-90 and the 76ers never threatened after that.
