Ty Jerome added 25 points on 4-of-5 shooting from three-point range. The Cavs connected on 12-of-27 from three-point range.
Donovan Clingan led Portland (32-41) with 18 points, 12 rebounds, three blocked shots, two assists, and one steal. Scoot Henderson and Shaedon Sharpe each scored 18.
Cleveland used a 9-0 second quarter run to build a 60-52 halftime lead. The Cavs led by six to start the fourth but used a 14-4 run late in the fourth to build a 120-108 led with 3:02 remaining. The Trail Blazers never threatened after that point.
