Lillard Returns, Blazers Hammer Pacers

----- Damian Lillard finished with 21 points and six assists in his return from injury and Jerami Grant scored a game-high 28 points as the Portland Trail Blazers won their second-straight game 116-100 over the Indiana Pacers Sunday night at Moda Center.

Lillard's return gave Portland's offense a shot-in-the-arm Sunday night at Moda Center against the Pacers.

Damian Lillard missed eight-straight games and 12 overall with a calf injury, so his return to the lineup Sunday night was a much-needed boost for a team struggling to find wins over the last three-weeks.

Lillard finished the night with 21 points and six assists and connected on 5-of-10 from three-point range. He played 32 minutes in his first game since November 17th.

All five starters scored in double-figures for the Blazers. Jerami Grant scored a game-high 28 points, Anfernee Simons finished with 22 points, and Jusuf Nurkic was solid with 19 points, six rebounds, and four assists.

Portland (13-11) connected on 48.8% of their shots including 17-of-40 from beyond-the-arc.

Myles Turner led the Pacers with 24 points and nine rebounds. Buddy Hield had 22 points in support as the Pacers were without starting point guard Tyrese Haliburton.

The Blazers led 54-49 at halftime before taking control of the game with a 39-25 advantage in the third quarter. The Pacers never threatened in the fourth.

Up Next- The Trail Blazers will get three-days off before hosting the Denver Nuggets Thursday night at Moda Center. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:00 PM.

Chad's Take- Jerami Grant has played like an NBA All-Star through 24 games. Just awesome!
