Fajita Seasoning:
1Tablespoon Cornstarch
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon White Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Brown Sugar
Mix all the dry ingredients together. I tend to place these in a air tight container I can shake them all up together in, such as a mason jar, to ensure they mix very well.
The best part of this recipe is how simple and versatile it is. Pick your protein(such as we used shrimp today), dice up some peppers and onions, cook in some oil and add fajita seasoning and water. AND BAM YOU HAVE SOME TAILGATER FAJITAS.
