Los Angeles Chargers Head Coach Brandon Staley is taking a lot of heat, is barely holding onto his job, and Doug thinks his critics are being much too harsh. What’s worse, many are calling for owner Dean Spanos to make a deal to acquire Sean Payton who is still under contract with the New Orleans Saints. It isn’t worth the cost or the upheaval for a team that, despite the bad playoff loss, is moving in the right direction.
