Hawaii well rested and ready for a second straight Pac-12 foe!

It must be nice. Play a game and then get a week off to rest up and prepare for your next opponent. That is Hawaii in 2019. Taking care of Arizona 45-38 on August 24th. Now its the Beavers time to visit Aloha Stadium. Hawaii is a six and a half point favorite but Oregon State has won the previous four meetings with the Rainbow Warriors.

Check out the above video. It is a pretty good compilation of how Hawaii coach Nick Rolovich and his players feel about Oregon State and the fact they have had an extra week to prepare for the contest. I must say they are a confident bunch and aren't imtimidated by the fact Oregon State is in the Pac-12. The Mountain West Conference is getting a lot of love after their first week of play. Wyoming beat Missouri 37-31. Boise State upset Florida State in Tallahassee 36-31 and Nevada beat Purdue 34-31. Quality wins against Power 5 conference teams.

Oregon State leaves for Hawaii Thursday with a short workout and a trip to Pearl Harbor on Friday. Saftey Jalen Moore could be ready for his 2019 debut. WR Trevon Bradford will miss another game.

The broadcast Saturday is set for 1190 KEX at 6:pm pacific. If there is no Hillsboro Hops playoff game it will also be simulcast on Rip City Radio 620. Kickoff at 9:pm
