Clippers Sink The Blazers

----- Kawhi Leonard scores 27 points as the LA Clippers hand the Trail Blazers their third-straight loss with a 107-101 win Thursday night at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

After missing last night's game against the Milwaukee Bucks due to load management, Kawhi Leonard scored 18 of his 27 points in the fourth quarter as the LA Clippers topped the Portland Trail Blazers 107-101 at Staples Center.

Lou Williams made a go-ahead jumper with 58 seconds remaining, then made a 3-pointer to put the game away. Williams finished the night with 26 points.

The Clippers dominated the fourth quarter outscoring the Blazers 37-25 on 14-for-21 shooting including 13-of-16 from two-point range.

Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum led Portland with 22 points apiece, but both were held scoreless in the fourth.

Portland (3-5) got 17 points and 19 rebounds from Hassan Whiteside and Anfernee Simons scored 16 of his 17 points in the fourth quarter.

The Clippers finished the game with a 49-31 edge in bench points and held a 23-12 advantage in second-chance points.

Up Next- The Trail Blazers return home to face the Brooklyn Nets in the second of a back-to-back Friday night at Moda Center. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:00 PM.
