A few hours after we got the tragic news that Kobe Bryant had passed away in a helicopter accident in Calabasas, California, I reached out to HOF writer Peter Vecsey and asked if he would join me on Gameday to share his thoughts. He declinded indicating he wasn't ready. On Saturday night I got an email from Mr. Vecsey letting me know he was as ready as he would ever be to talk, so we setup a time for him to join my show.
