Trail Blazers Outlast The Raptors In Overtime

------ Deandre Ayton finished with a game-high 30 points and 19 rebounds and Dalano Banton added 25 points and seven rebounds as the Portland Trail Blazers top the Toronto Raptors 128-118 in overtime Saturday night at Moda Center in Portland.

Deandre Ayton returned to the Trail Blazers lineup after missing five-games with a sprained hand and finished with a season-high 30 points and grabbed 19 rebounds as the Portland Trail Blazers defeat the Toronto Raptors 128-118 in overtime Saturday night at Moda Center.

Dalano Banton finished with 25 and seven rebounds and Anfernee Simons added 23 points and seven assists.

Immanuel Quickley scored 29 points and Gary Trent Jr. added 23 for the Raptors.

The Trail Blazers built a 20-point lead at 70-50 in the third quarter, but Toronto responded with a 29-14 lead to get back into the game.

Quickley's layup narrowed it to 111-109 follwing a 14-6 run with 1:12 left in regulation before Matisse Thybulle's layup for Portland pushed the lead back to four at 113-109. Chris Boucher made a pair of free throws for Toronto with 23.1 seconds left making the score 113-111.

After a jump ball, Toronto sent up a flurry of shots before Chris Boucher's layup tied it with 0.7 seconds left. Portland inbounded the ball to Ayton under the net, but his attempt rimmed out to send the game to overtime.

Portland put the game away opening the extra period on a 10-1 run.

Portland (18-45) connected on 47% of their shots and finished with 31 assists.

Up Next- The Trail Blazers will host the Boston Celtics Monday night at Moda Center. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:30 PM.
